ATX Elopements

Please see below for what is included in our photography packages:

(online gallery with all edited images, rights to images and reproduction)

1 hr elopement  = $325 (ceremony, 15 min. of couple, perfect for 0-2 guests)

1.5 hr  = $455.00 (ceremony, after ceremony photos of family/couple)

2 hrs or more = $300/hr (Sat./holiday),  $275/hr (Sun.&Fri.), $255/hr (Mon.-Thurs.)

*this package is suggested for MOST weddings… getting ready photos, chapel/grounds photos, individuals of couple, family, guests, ceremony, after ceremony photos, quick toast, maybe time for a cake depending on # of guests.

*Additional $35 for USB of images, otherwise, you can download all images from your gallery link.

Also, below is a list of additional offerings; floral, officiating, rentals, video, coordinating and extra hands… let me know if you want to add any!

Rentals- (includes set up/break down and cleaning)

• Officiate - $185 (weekday) or $225 (weekend/holiday)

• Videographer - $255/hr (M-TH), $275/hr (F/Sun) or $300/hr (Sat/holiday) 

• Coordinator - Hourly help for set up, extra hand, line up bridal party/family, move through the timeline, etc (not photographer) - $85 for 1.5 hrs or $125 for 2 hours ($50/each additional hr) weekday, weekend rates $135/hr

• Tripod- good for your phone video $25

• IPod Player/speaker (works with any smart phone, any device) for music  - $32

• Cocktail Tables $35 each with black fitted skirt, 30 inch rounds (6 available) - (perfect for cake/toast with small guests count, sign in table, gift table)

• Rectangular Tables $35 each with black fitted skirt (2 x 4 ft adjustable heights up to 30 inches- 3 available)

• Sand Table- $28 small round with black fitted skirt

• Bottle of bubbly on ice with 2 champagne flutes - $75 (nice addition for photos) • Glassware (wine glasses, water, etc… $2/each)

• Silver serving large bucket for drinks $10

• Wedding Cake for up to 25, includes plates, silverware and cake knife (must cut own cake)- $87 (happy to scale for larger groups, cake to feed 25-30, etc.)

• Cake topper or Ring Security sign - $7 each

• Cooler with ice and water bottles for guests (great for summer weddings) – 24 pack - $35 each

• Steamer (rental) $15

• Glass vases (8 available) for table centerpieces  - $5/each

• Umbrellas $5/each – clear or white

FLORALS

• Large Mixed Bouquet (feel free to provide color request) for bride ($125) or bridesmaids - $95

• Matching Boutonnière for groom, groomsmen, or officiate - $28

• Pinned corsage $28, or Nosegay for grandma/aunt/flower girl $35

• Flower girl white wedding basket $30

• Rose Petals for aisle or flower girls - $15/each

• Centerpieces for cocktail tables - $35/each

• Centerpieces for dinner tables - $75/each

• Arrangements for each side of the altar - $175/ for the set
